Seamless Control: Mastering Your Auto Digital Backwash Touch Screen's Automatic Flush System

A Simple Guide to Powering On, Customising Cycles, and Manual Operation

1. Power Up and Initialisation

Getting your system started is straightforward.

When you power on the device, the following sequence confirms the system is ready for operation:

  • The indicator light will blink, accompanied by a confirming buzzer sound.

  • Immediately afterward, all five indicator lights will blink once in unison.

  • The system automatically defaults to its factory settings, which is a pre-programmed automatic flush cycle of 15 days. This cycle is adjustable, as detailed below.

Sleep Mode: The system is designed to conserve energy and will enter sleep mode after 8 seconds of inactivity, ceasing all current operations.

2. Waking the System

To reactivate the system from sleep mode, simply touch either the "Set" button or the "Flush" button. A confirmation beep will sound to indicate the system is now active.

3. Automatic Flush Cycle Setting (15, 7, or 30 Days)

The flush cycle determines the frequency of the automated cleaning process. You can cycle through three pre-set options: 15 days, 7 days, or 30 days.

  1. Start Setting: Press the "Set" button once. The upper flush cycle indicator (default "15") will flash.

  2. Change Cycle:

    • Press the "Set" button again: The flush cycle indicator ("7" days) will flash.

    • Press the "Set" button a third time: The flush cycle indicator ("30" days) will flash.

  3. Confirm Selection: To confirm the currently flashing option, take no further action. The indicator light will blink three times and then turn solid, locking in the chosen flush period.

  4. Continuous Cycling: You can quickly review all options by continuously tapping the "Set" button; this action will simply cycle through the available flush options (15 \rightarrow 7 \rightarrow 30 \rightarrow 15).

4. Manual Flush Operation

A manual flush allows you to initiate a cleaning cycle immediately, regardless of the programmed schedule.

  • To Initiate: Press the "Flush" button to start the manual flush cycle.

  • To Stop Prematurely: If you need to halt the process before it completes, simply press the "Flush" button again while flushing is in progress.

5. Program Reset

To revert the system to its initial factory default state:

  • Perform Reset: Hold down the "Set" button for 6 seconds. This will reset the entire program, including the flush cycle, back to the default 15 days.
