1. Alarm Codes and Solutions

Alarm Code Symptoms Temporary Solution Persistent Issue Resolution
ALARM 1: Unable to Disable Flush Cycle A continuous buzzer sounds. "ALARM 1" is displayed. All three cycle lights ("15", "7", and "30") flash red. The alarm repeats every hour. Hold down the "Set" key for 6 seconds to reset the system. If the alarm persists after reset, you must close the plastic BLUE valve on the sewage pipe and contact us immediately for assistance.
ALARM 2: Unable to Activate Flush Cycle A continuous buzzer sounds. "ALARM 2" is displayed. The "30" and "15" cycle lights flash red. The system will enter sleep mode after a period of inactivity. The alarm state will be visible upon next activation. Contact us 
ALARM 3: Low Voltage A continuous buzzer sounds. "ALARM 3" is displayed. The "30" cycle light flashes red. Replace the three batteries (AAA) to resolve the low voltage alarm. N/A

Important Note on Sleep Mode: Alarms 2 and 3 will not prevent the system from entering sleep mode. However, the alarm state remains active and will be displayed on the screen upon waking the system.

2. General System Troubleshooting

In addition to the coded alarms, you may encounter issues related to water flow and pressure.

No Water Flow Water mains turned off or system has been bypassed. Check the water main is turned on. Verify all external valves are in the correct operational position.
Low Water Pressure Water mains not turned on completely. Check the water main is turned on completely.
Low Water Pressure Filter mesh has dirt build-up. Clean the filter mesh thoroughly with a fine-bristle brush.
Water Leak Rubber seal is aged, damaged, or misaligned. Check the rubber seal to ensure it is correctly seated and has not fallen off. Replace the rubber seal if any damage or aging is visible.
