My Wholehouse system is leaking, what should I do to stop the leaking meanwhile you send a technician?

Bypass the system using the valves based on your installation date, then contact us at 1300 137 011 (Option #4)

In case of leaks or emergencies, your whole house system can be bypassed. Bypassing the system means water will flow directly to your home without passing through the filters. Follow the steps below based on the model of your system:

For systems installed after September 2024:

  1. Valve 1: Open the front door of your system. Pull the lever towards you, as shown in this image: (Insert Picture).
  2. Valves 2 and 3: Open the top lid of your system. Pull the levers outwards and then turn them 90 degrees horizontally.

For systems installed between March 2024 and September 2024:

  • Turn the butterfly valves to a 90-degree position to bypass the system.

For systems installed between March 2019 and March 2024:

  • Open the top lid of your system. Locate the two bypass levers inside and turn them 90 degrees as indicated by the arrows.
